More Hands Insights

Useful guidance. Clear limits.

A guide should help you make a better decision, not make a claim sound more certain than it is.

AI-assisted, with the process made clear

We use AI tools to help research, draft and check these guides. We check factual statements against the sources listed on each page and separate them from practical suggestions. We do not describe AI review as a human fact-check or invent an expert byline.

Sources before statistics

We prefer primary guidance from the organisation responsible for a rule or product. Each guide includes the references it uses and a publication date. A source supports the relevant statement, not every opinion or recommendation in the article.

Where a number cannot be substantiated, we leave it out. Permission for a search crawler, a schema field or a new page does not guarantee search visibility, AI recommendations or sales.

Examples are not results

Worked examples are labelled fictional or illustrative. Their figures explain a calculation or choice. They are not prices for our services, market benchmarks, customer stories or promises of a return.

Current offers live on More Hands

Guides link to the main site for current service details. Older Hello Foundry prices, packages and claims do not become More Hands commitments just because a topic has been rewritten here.

Corrections and changing information

Platforms and guidance change. Check the date and source before relying on a detail for an important decision. If you spot an error or an outdated reference, send us the guide URL and what needs checking. Substantive revisions should be reflected in the page’s updated date.

Not a substitute for qualified advice

These are general business guides, not legal, tax, financial, clinical or other regulated advice. Get suitably qualified advice where your circumstances or sector require it.
